Whether you have just one devices or hundreds spread across many sites nationwide, we will create a bespoke service to ensure that faults have minimal impact on your daily business.

Our engineers are Nationwide and fully trained to work on all major brands from Citizen, Datamax O’Neill, Printronix, TSC, Toshiba and Zebra

*Exclusions from service contracts are consumables (printheads, rollers, cutters & shuttles if applicable) and user damage.

Multiple devices purchased at different times can lead to many contracts all with differing start and end dates - Maxim offers to look after these under 1 workshop contract which means you only ever have to worry about one annual renewal rather than keeping track of many contracts start and end date - leave that to us to ensure the continuity of your support.

      Comprehensive Device Care.

As well as offering you support when your devices breakdown, we can support you in incorporating a routine maintenance schedule to ensure that any issues are found before they become a problem.

We can train you to carry out general maintenance and as part of your support contract, on contract anniversaries we will offer complimentary preventative maintenance servicing where our engineers will carry out a comprehensive service that includes (but not exclusive to):

  • Sensor Checks

  • Drive System Inspection

  • Print Quality Testing

  • Paper Pathway Inspection

  • Interface Tests
