Here at Maxim we can offer services to suit any level of customer need for thermal label printers, scanners, and mobile computers.

Whether you have just one devices or hundreds spread across many sites nationwide, we will create a bespoke service to ensure that faults have minimal impact on your daily business. As well as offering you support when your devices breakdown, we can support you in incorporating a routine maintenance schedule and annual preventative maintenance servicing to ensure that any issues are found before they become a problem.
If you cannot be without your device, we offer cost effective, no obligation, in-house workshop repairs.

How quickly does Maxim respond to service queries?

At Maxim, our team strive to provide prompt and attentive customer service.

Can I add printers to my current Maxim service contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when you purchase a new printer from Maxim, if you are an existing contract customer we will include the pro-rata addition to contract on the quote for you.

Do Maxim engineers offer training?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our engineers can come to site to carry out device training and best cleaning practices.

Question 5

Can we purchase a Maxim service without committing to a contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all of our services can be purchased on an AD-HOC basis, consumables will be discounted for contract customers however every contract service is available "pay as you go"

Is there a way to have a contract level service response without covering each individual printer on a contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer call voucher contracts, which offer a contract Service Level Agreement; it essentially purchases the engineers time and expertise and any part requirement will be purchasable post site visit when you receive your post visit report

Can we pay monthly for our Maxim service contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes, wherever possible we will accommodate this request. It will be dependent upon the size of your fleet/contract but we will do all we can to support these requests

Can we have more than one Maxim annual service as standard?

Accepted Answer

One annual service on your contract anniversary is standard but we can absolutely arrange for bi-annual or quarterly servicing if your printer usage meets that need

Can we merge multiple Maxim contracts so we only have to create one renewal PO?

Accepted Answer

Of course, we can merge any of your contracts, every contract is bespoke and designed to meet your needs not for you to fit into our existing contract models
