We offer a range of annual maintenance agreements tailored to your specific requirements.
Our annual repair service contracts are designed to cover all labour & parts*to give you complete peace of mind. Our standard agreements are based on a nationwide next day engineer to site service but can also offer same day services where required. Whether you have just one thermal label printer or 100’s on one site or spread across the country, we will be happy to tailor a printer repair service plan for you.
Comprehensive Device Care
As well as offering peace of mind and great value for money we can also incorporate routine maintenance visits to make sure that your devices are being looked after with the correct cleaning regimes. We offer annual maintenance contracts with various service level agreements from 4 to 8 hour response times, next day site visits and swap out printer services. Our engineers are available nationwide and are trained to work on all of the major brands from Citizen, Datamax-O'Neil, Printronix, TSC, Toshiba TEC & Zebra.
*The only exclusions from cover are consumable items and user damage.
